Temporary MV/LV transformer substations are needed to meet these high, temporary energy demand. Especially for building sites with a power requirement of more than 160 kVA and a distance to the connection point of more than 200 metres, the mobile substations from Kummler+Matter EVT enable noticeable savings to be made.
Furthermore, the temporary components can be made available in a very short period of time, so that power can also be supplied in the event of upgrades at short notice. Planning

Engineering

Execution
Once the site has been connected up, the containers are delivered with the pre-planned turnkey temporary building site installations. We then lay the cables and connect the temporary building site components to the power grid and the consumers.
Commissioning
After a performance check and inspection of all of the temporary components, the units are put into operation.

Mobile transformer station

Mobile stations adapt very easily to all construction site conditions. They are robust and can be integrated into all situations. They withstand frequent mechanical stresses, dust and vibrations associated with felling and drilling work, as well as humidity or strong fluctuations in the power requirements of consumers and surges due to weather influences.

Electrical equipment
The heart of the mobile transformer station is the medium voltage/low voltage transformer, available in oil-filled version (hermetic or breathable) or dry type for sensitive areas, such as tunnels.
The medium voltage cubicle set with disconnector, circuit breaker and fuse protection can be installed in a single-block or expandable configuration. You also have the choice between an air-insulated or SF6-insulated variant.
The custom-made low-voltage cabinets are mobile, modular and interchangeable. They provide reactive power compensation by means of automatic circuit breakers and circuit protection circuit breakers (motor-driven, remote-controlled, FI/LS), NH fuses, small distributors, connection panels, network meters and analyzers and capacitor banks.
In order to allow optimal adaptation to all projects and troubleshooting interventions, we use a motorized reel for flexible MV cables 12/20 kV. This reel with a maximum capacity of 350 meters can be attached to a helicopter winch independently of the transformer station and is equipped with an autonomous power supply via a 16A CEE AC socket.
High-performance sockets (max. 1000V / 400A) are protected and remotely controlled.
